SLIMS Workflows allow you to track every aspect of your workflow to maintain transparency from start to finish so a sample is never lost. Batches of samples progress through protocols and queues that define how they are treated and traced.
SLIMS helps you design an NGS plate using drag and drop. Once the samples are dropped into the NGS plate, a preconfigured plate design is used to assign barcodes and the library is generated.
Pools of samples or sample libraries can be created and the original samples can be easily viewed anytime. Once they are created with our created with our Make Pool macro, pools or libraries can be selected or libraries can be selected and dropped into a lane.
Sample Sheets can be generated simply by choosing the name and instrument, or customized with detailed options. Then they can be exported, sent to the instrument, and results can be picked up from the sequencer.
