Lausanne, 11.11.2015: the 2015 Genohm Client Events took place in Ghent (BE) on November 5 and in Lausanne (CH) on the day after.
Last week, Genohm has organized its first edition of Client Events. Frederik Decouttere, CEO of Genohm, observed: “Our first client events that took place in Ghent and Lausanne were very important for us for many different reasons. Among these, I would like to mention two that in my opinion have a special importance.
On one side, it was for us the occasion to reflect on the 5 years that went by since the launch of SLims, our LIMS + ELN + order management platform. I strongly believe that everyone working at Genhom has made a difference in building a platform of a superior quality. It’s the people that made us who we are today. I am convinced that if we continue on this path centered on fulfilling the needs of our customers, the next 5 years will provide us with a lot of satisfactions.
On the other side, it was very important for us to thank our customers. I am delighted to see that more than 70 people attended our 2 events. I was not only pleased about the size of the attendance. What impressed me most was to see our customers interact with each other to exchange best practices, tips and tricks on SLims. This is for me a clear sign that Genohm is going in the right direction.”
